Application management

One of the trickiest parts of the bid process is managing time and stakeholders to ensure the end result is high-quality and on time. 

  • We will undertake the research required to get the funder's attention
  • Working with your internal team, we'll develop a narrative about why you should be supported to achieve your aspirations
  • Following a successful bid, we'll provide a handover document and briefing to ensure smooth transition to delivery and later, evaluation
